My Hammy Tours is a tour experience offered
by Tricia Elaine Art.
Butler County resident, Tricia Fackler Paugstat is an elementary educator and artist who enjoys sharing her passion for Hamilton through a curated experience highlighting the art and history of this vibrant city.
Collaborating with local small businesses along the tour route brings joy as tour participants discover Hamilton’s hidden treasures.

Tour Information
A My Hammy Tour is a walking tour that includes a tour guide to lead you on an adventure through Hamilton, Ohio. Throughout the 1.5 mile tour, you will stop at murals, sculptures, and historical locations to view architecture and discuss history. Your tour guide will share information at each stop and you will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage with the tour guide and other participants.
Enjoy a DORA drink stop at Tano Bistro
during or a cupcake stop at Luke’s Custom Cakes
during. (optional)
The tour lasts approximately 2 hours, depending on the size and pace of the group.
In addition, you can interact with a tour trivia link or interactive timeline to find out more about the topics being discovered while on the tour – or save it for after the tour to challenge your memory and do some additional learning.
After the tour, use your My Hammy Tours wooden nickel to visit a Hamilton small business to redeem for their promotion.

How long does the tour take?
Approximately 2 hours depending on group size and interaction.

Can I request a tour time other than what is listed?

Can I bring a stroller?
Yes, please indicate this on your registration for planning purposes
Can I bring a pet?
Yes – we allow pets on the tour with email confirmation. Please email: hello@hamiltonohiotours.com to see if space is available. If you receive email confirmation to bring your pet, please register and sign the release and waiver form. The pet must be on a leash and able to navigate the tour safely.
Please be considerate of other tour participants’ comfort.
Are food and drink stops part of the tour?
Friday night tours include a drink stop at Tano Bistro. A selection of alcoholic beverages and mocktails are served in a DORA cup. Saturday afternoon tours include a cupcake stop at Luke’s Custom Cakes.
Are there stops for restrooms/drinks?
There are currently no planned stops, so please plan accordingly.
Where does the tour begin?
Outside The Miami School by the red umbrellas. The address is 140 Ross Avenue
Where does the tour end?
At Armstead Park by True West Coffee, approximately a block from the beginning of the tour.
Where should I park?
The Miami School parking lot is free to the public after 5 pm on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday
When do I get my wooden nickel for tour promotions?
At the end of the tour
How do I use my wooden nickel?
Scan the QR code on the back of the wooden nickel. It will link you to our Instagram page to view a list of the small business promotional savings.
OR if you do not have Instagram – CLICK HERE for small business promotional savings to redeem after the tour .
Open the document to see the participating businesses, their addresses, websites, and promotion. Choose a business, you must present your wooden nickel to redeem for the promotion. The business will collect the wooden nickel, and you will receive their promotion.
